Ruben brought me multiple floor samples to try out, researched what material would be the best fit for different kinds of dancing, and met me at the showroom to help me choose a finish. He was also able to leverage his connection with the supplier and get me an extremely competitive price on the material. The cost for labor was very reasonable as well. On top of that, Ruben's team got the install done ahead of schedule. The best part- my new floors look INCREDIBLE! I've gotten so many compliments already. I wish I would have found this wonderful company first. After getting burned by a big box brand with terrible subcontractors I was left with an unfinished terrible flooring job. The box brand left my floors unfinished while they took several weeks to decide next steps due to their contractors errors. No longer willing to walk on subfloor I called Bonafide Flooring Design and explained the situation. He came out the next day and got my flooring put down and done properly. The whole experience was night and day from my 6 month nightmare with the other company. Ruben came on time, was polite, professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. Run from the big box brand with poor subcontractors and stick with the professional small business who truly knows how business should be done. When I am ready to redo the floors throughout the home this will be the first place I call. Great customer service, quick response time, professional, and knows what they are doing.
